4.1 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
4.2 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items (Blankets, Towels, or Covers) must be:
- In the same condition that you received them.
- Unwashed and unused.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
4.3 Return Process
To start a return, contact us at support@aszus.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.
4.4 Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4.5 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
